Tracking your package is extremely straightforward! Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number, log on on the carrier's website to follow the progress of your package.
You can also track your package in real time from your customer space:
1/ Log in to your customer space
2/ Click on the heading “Track my packages”
3/ Your most recent order will appear, click on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the carrier's website.
